Technical Support:
- Level 2 and 3 for VoIP solutions like Avaya IPOffice and Asterisk.

Means: - Testing for increasing the knowledge on the different products

Appraisal: Good: some customers buy different tools around the platform.
For, all those projects help me to be better and to learn more about the technology, environment, the risk, the limitations of the voip

President of a human and social charity
In'Tech INFO
Mission: In this charity, we did differents missions:
- To Teach IT basic knowledge to children in a Parisian hospital
- Recovery, reconditioning and recycling old IT equipements and computers to create a room in Niamey, Niger and another one in Marocco.
Means: Human quality, the main need is to give time for other... no more.
We rent a truck for the IT equipements and thanks to the red cross, we sent it to this 2 countries.
Appraisal: Good result, actually the charity stopped but some projects are still continuing like teaching in Hospital.
The 2 IT rooms are still using and now, a local IT team supervise computers
Work placement in VoIP
in Questo
Mission: The purpose of this project is to build a SIP routing plate-form, to secure it and to provide the best of Services
Quality.
The second purpose is to test the quality of the equipments.
for security equipments, I create Hacking tests.
For QoS, I test with flood attack on the platform, play with codecs.
Means: Server, Different equipments like security tools (sipassure), Technical documentation about GSM gateways, different knowledge about VoIP technology.
Appraisal: The feedback is good, but didn’t take in action finally because the demand was decreased after the project finished.
School projects
In'Tech INFO
Mission: one personn of the staff for a project on a solution with LDAP.
Project Manager on a project of telecoms and VoIP project. it was the1st VoIP project in my school. Installation a PABX Asterisk on linux with
softphones for clients.
Means: school computers, school network, some books about differents systems of the project.
Appraisal: Each project came in a good result
Wiring technician

Mission: Wiring technician in the south of France: Install wires and plug in a company.
=> around 50 plugs and 50 wire
Means: Professionnal car, differents tools for preparing wires
Appraisal: Good result, customer was happy with this success
